No customer service whatsoever and I was working with Jill the owner, she doesnt care about her prospective clients
I did business with the old owners in the past and being that they had my artwork I figured I would stay with the business
Jill made it difficult...I asked for pricing on business cards and door hangers, the prices of the cards were fair but the door hangers were higher than I wanted to spend so I asked for lesser expensive options, I was told she would get back to me the following day....that call never came...I waited and waited...nope no call....I happened to be right around the corner doing a job and figured I would stop in to the store, Jill was not there and was told she was out of town, the person I saw said she would tell Jill she would give her my info and she would call me...nope no call...so I called again and of course there were excuses as to why she couldnt get back with me but said she would call me within 1 hour....guess what no call...over 24 hours later still no call and no response to the texts I sent...
Now either this business is so dang busy that they dont need my business or Jill is independently wealthy and just doesnt need my business, or she just doesnt care...
I will shop elsewhere, with someone who actually cares about their business and their clients...because obviously Jill doesnt

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all customer input as it helps us improve our services.
We did respond with fair pricing for the business cards. However, the pricing for the door hangers seemed high to you. Since it has been over four years since your last order, we had no records of the previous pricing, and you couldn't provide them either.
We were working on finding another option for the pricing, but there were delays from our supplier. Additionally, I had to go out of town, which further delayed our response. I have since attempted to get the necessary pricing from our supplier but have only received part of it and could not provide you with the complete pricing today.
I understand your frustration with the delay. However, I did call you with the original pricing and was actively working on finding an alternative. Reevaluating quotes to find cost-saving options can take time. I apologize for any inconvenience caused but believe your comments about no calls and the fairness of our response may not fully reflect the situation.

Jill Lauren CArson 2024-09-02 Hands down, if you need print work done, Jill and Classic Impressions should be your first and last call! I’m the type who likes to save money and will often diy, even if it takes me a little more time. I had a major project for work, I needed binders made, complete with dividers and filler paper. The dividers were the hardest to figure out how to do it, after realizing my printers options at home and work couldn’t handle the job I realized I’d need a more industrial printer. I tried everywhere with no luck, I called Jill on a Sunday left a message, and walked into a UPS store to see if they could help with my project. As I was walking out Jill called back and quoted a fair price but I decided against using her because I had just walked out of UPS who quoted a similar price…so I thought I was in good hands.
Well fast forward to Friday, I head to the UPS store to pick up my order, they printed all 400 sheets incorrectly and cut through the printed words on every single page! I was devastated! Not to mention, I supplied them with the card stock, which I ordered on Amazon…now I’m out of time and out of paper! My project was due Monday morning. I remembered how quickly Jill called me back initially, so I immediately thought of her. I also thought she would laugh in my face for waiting until last minute, no way will she be able to take on this project and have it completed on time..but they did! She quickly responded, and late Friday afternoon her and Bill were working away at cropping, designing and printing my dividers! I walked out of her print shops at 5pm on Friday and went home to assemble my binders!!!
They turned out beautifully, and no she didn’t charge me an arm & a leg, she was fair!
I should’ve used her to begin with, and will now take all my print needs to Classic Impressions!
**also, Jill I’m returning your hole puncher this week! Sorry for the delay! Lori 2024-07-03 Our experience with Classic Impressions has been nothing short of amazing! Jill and her staff are great communicators; I was kept in the loop at every step, and product delivery is quick. Jill is diligent in being sure she understands what the customer wants and has an abundance of patience for those of us who just aren't quite sure yet of colors, etc. I look forward to working with Classic Impressions further as our business and needs grow.

Don’t think they are in business anymore.
It is July 6th still no phone call. I need a refund as soon as possible got my product elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.
